Did a good job â but the price I was given when appointment was made was not the price charged. Went from $100 to $250 just for Cleaning. Thatâ s my only complaint.

Beware beware beware this organization was hired to clean us pellet stove and left it unusable. I contacted the company more than a dozen times, and they are rude, has a arrogant owner who refused to fix what he acknowledged they broke. This is a one year old pellet stove I had another more reputable organization fix it, in less than an hour. Iâ  d suggest to not work with this unprofessional organization. I have seen multiple other bad reviews on Facebook, Better Business Bureau and Yelp has complaints against them, and my understanding is Visa is about to turn off their credit card privileges.

This is an unethical, unprofessional and very very unqualified organization. They came out in early July to clean two pellet stoves and broke one of them. I am now in the process of working with both visa to get my money back along with the Better Business Bureau to make others aware of how bad this organization really is. They have boldly lied to other customers along with myself.

Tim and Don came out to remove the tube style chimney after we removed the gas fireplace. They patched and matched the roof shingles so well that I can't see the patch! Then they repaired some of the mortar joints on our brick porch. Excellent work guys! I highly recommend Olde Towne Chimney Sweeps.

Arrived on time to bring my 60 year old fireplace and chimney up to code,, reviewed the work order, took time to answer my questions and concerns (very knowledgeable about the work to be performed), covered their traffic area with a drop cloth, very courteous and professional. Highly recommend this company!

Ryanâ s team are truly craftsmen - Our chimney leaked and the gas insert was unsafe to use. Ryan took our drawings and designs for a new brick hearth with barn wood mantle and New ached brick facing and made it better then we envisioned. They repaired the leaks in our exterior brickwork and chimney cap. They are creative, visionary and professional. They want to work with you and make your ideas come to reality - great job gentlemen!

Easy to work with. Showed up the day they promised

Showed up 30 minutes late, but they showed up. Went to work completed the job, cleaned up, provided flow data for the now unobstructed duct. Good job!

OTCS technitions were very knowledgeable about how to approach our dryer vent system for the best cleaning Procedure. Our vent access is awkwardly located near the 2nd story rooftop on a sidewall near a gable and very difficult to access. They were amazing and efficient and got the vent system all cleaned out. Dryer works much better now in less time! Excellent value!
