We sale and service a wide array of products to help you enjoy your patio year round. We have recently expanded our Hot Tub sales into the Navy Exchange at Oceana, JEB Little Creek, NOB and the Coast Guard Exchange in Chesapeake and Elizabeth City. In 2012 we became the preferred hot tub and pool service vendor for American Home Shield Insurance Company.

"The sales experience was great, but there was damage to one outside panel that has still not been addressed. The hot tub was delivered and craned over the house. When they unwrapped it, there was one panel that had a severe crack and damage. This was discovered by the installation crew and reported right away. Since then, I have made many calls to the Service department and get all the answers that it will be replaced at no cost to me. It has now been over 6 months the company has not made a single attempt to reach out to me. Also, the installation crew didn't try to figure out a solution to install the cover. They provided a lot of excuses about why they couldn't install due to the spacing. I ended up installing the cover myself. My biggest issue is with the service and support side ghosting me with these repairs that they have claimed to have responsibility for and with the poor installation experience. The subcontractors for electrical and the crane were excellent, but not the delivery and installation from the company. I would not recommend this company at all due to installation team, poor service and negligible support after purchase."

"Innovative spas was sent to me through my home warranty company. I was pleased to hear they chose them because we are also in the market for a hot tub. After checking my pool, I was told that my T-Cell was bad, and not covered by my warranty. He has one on his truck and the list price was 1200.00. I mentioned you can buy them all day for way less. (FYI a brand named Hayward 15 T-Cell can be purchased for about 750.00. ) So after speaking to his “boss” he stated that he was told they would sell me the t-cell for 789.00. I felt it was fair and he was already here. But he then went on to tell me that she wanted me to pay a 125.00 service call fee. I said oh yes through my warranty it is 65.00. He said yea but we need you to pay a service call for the t-cell. I , very puzzled, thinking I was misunderstanding, said, well your already here and it is in your truck. He said I know but she is the boss. I let them know that trying to squeeze that extra 125.00 out of me told me about what kind of company they would be to work with, and I no longer care to purchase a hot tub from them. He said okay and left! I called the hot tub salesperson and told him what happened and why I would no longer be purchasing a hot tub from them. He rudely said “OK! Well fine, she made her decision Good luck to you” Side note: that they are telling people they should buy a soft tub instead of a real hot tub, because the soft tub fits 6 adults (not true) that it’s delivered price is 5700.00. (1000.00 more than anyone else) He also stated, “Yes it only has 8 jets but you don’t need jets for the benefit of a hot tub, just hot water”. Due to my experience, please beware! This company operates without an ounce of integrity. Apparently they think that since pools and hot tub sales have soared since the pandemic, they can be rude and customers just have to tolerate it. I suggest you bring your money elsewhere."

For 9 months I have been strung along with promises of fixing the concrete, and nothing has happened. My concerns have been ignored and neglected. I spent more than 70k on a project, one of their employees ruined the project, and the company has done nothing about it. I will no longer be using Aegean pools for my ongoing pool needs."
