George and Patricia Wells work incredibly well together with George personally overseeing projects and Patricia providing essential support vital to the business. Some of my observations of Wells and Wells include: - Contacted me within 24 hours of referral through Angi.com - Made a special trip to come out on a Sunday to determine work to be done and materials required; provided a written estimate within 48 hours. - Promptly replied to my emails, answering my questions with enough detail to avoid the need for further inquiry; Truly excellent communication! - Scheduled work to begin five days after accepting proposal. - Workers arrived at 8:00a.m. wasting no time getting started and working diligently with nary a break throughout the day; superior work ethics with owner George setting the example working along side his crew. - Performed every task with great precision and attention to detail. - Resolved several unforeseen issues without resorting to shortcuts and half measures. Didn't give up regardless of the work required to solve the problem. Not only did they correct these issues, they actually improved the original design and construction of my deck. - Completed project within an hour of the 1.5 day estimate, literally half the time I anticipated it'd take. In summary, Wells and Wells performed far and above my expectations. George and Patricia Wells take pride in their work and genuinely place customer satisfaction at the top of their list of customer service goals."

The carpenters even let me watch and ask questions about their work probably more than I should have been but they were always gracious and patient. Bruce was top-notch as the lead carpenter. Jeff offered excellent assistance. Steve, in his quiet and deferential way, was the perfect owner, project manager, salesman, and organizer. This was an interesting, fun, and ultimately rewarding experience for me. I love the work they did in my kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend!"

"The project has taken more time than anticipated due to material and subcontractor availability. The framing work was outstanding. Wall board work was also outstanding. Electrical work was very good, but the location of a bathroom fixture and chair lift power plug had to be moved because they were too low. The tile work in the bathroom (shower and floor), computer room (floor), entrance (floor) was outstanding, but I'd rather call it amazing. The plumbing work was very good, but parts availability delayed completion. Finishing work done by MJL was outstanding!!! Anthony is a master at detail. The rigor of MJL inspection of work by the subcontractors was very thorough and when issues were identified were recorded and worked off. Communication and follow up is a big deal for home improvement projects in this challenging environment of material, parts, and workforce shortages. MJL excelled in communication. We rated punctuality as good but would have rated them very good if there was an option. We highly recommend them. We have since booked two additional projects with MJL, a screened in porch and a garage redo. They start in late July. We expect both projects to go very well."

"I highly recommend Sunshine Contracting for the quality of their work, the high level of workmanship, and the skill and experience of their crew. My house is a 45-year-old 2-story colonial with a single car garage. The existing soffits, facia, and frieze were made of wood, and I contracted Sunshine to install over 100 feet of ventilated or solid vinyl soffit material and cap all fascia boards and frieze boards with aluminum. The required work also included the replacement of brick molding and jambs around the garage bay door with new boards and moldings made of cellular PVC, and paint to match the soffits and fascia. The cost was extremely reasonable and very competitive with cost estimates from other contractors. The crew worked to complete the job in one day. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. They did a great job and left everything clean and put back in order. The outside of our house is now essentially maintenance free. I plan to use Sunshine for future trim and window projects around the house."
