I was very pleased with the process. Any issues that came up, Kevin dealt with them and was always punctual. Totally satisfied with the quality and final product.

Contracted Kevin to build a 26x28 garage with an attic loft. This was after a lot of research on what I could afford, what I couldn’t afford, and the must haves verses the nice to have options. I reviewed at least ten contractors thoroughly, vetted down to three, ended up in detailed conversations with two and in the end Kevin’s experience, personability, and communication won the day. I’m not what you would call an easy customer as I’m a program manager by profession and hugely detailed oriented with a dose of OCD compounded by 27 years in the military. Kevin communicated the expectations of how it will get bad before it gets good, i.e. it’s a game of patience, the area is going to get destroyed, and we’re basically going to break some eggs to make this omelet. All good, and when I felt like the start of this thing was never going to happen, Kevin snapped me back into reality. I enjoyed his visits and engagements as the project went on. I endeavored to stay out of the way but watch and filmed (time lapse) as the garage was being built. I could not be happier with the end result and honestly it was just impressive to see the various crews execute their portion of the build. It definitely takes patients, but the end result is absolutely worth the journey. I could not give a stronger endorsement of picking Kevin to make your project happen. He’s a great family guy, musician, and you just feel better being around him. He passes the beer and puppy test. Yes, and a Yes. If you don’t know, google it.

Kevin is fantastic to work with, fair with his pricing, and very communicative. Projects of this size never go 100% according to plan, but he managed the issues well and worked out solutions to either redo areas that had issues, or fine adjustments to ensure the quality was what we expected. The end product was a fantastic quality detached garage that matched our homes color scheme and style. We will definitely be working with Kevin again on future projects!

This is our second time working with Kevin and he is absolutely fantastic to work with. During Covid he built us a 2 car detached garage and we had such a great experience that when we decided to finish our basement we didn't call anyone else. Kevin met with us and provided us a quote to finish our basement and we decided right then that we were ready to move forward. Kevin was very professional and thorough and always kept us informed of our basement project every step of the way. Whenever we would have any questions he was very prompt with getting back to us and answering our questions. He started on our basement on time and finished on time. The family room area looks amazing. He had great ideas for a snack bar that we hadn't thought about and are so glad that we ended up adding it. It's so nice now to be watching tv and be able to walk over to the snack bar and grab a soda out of the fridge or put a bag of popcorn in the microwave and not have to run upstairs. The granite counter top for the snack bar looks great! We also added two cabinets and fridge under the counter. We also had a full bathroom added and the tile work turned out amazing. The whole bathroom looks great! When Kevin saw our basement and all my holiday decor and craft supplies he realized that I really needed a place to organize and store all this stuff. He was able to build me a closet that maximized the space and I was able to get all my "stuff" in there. We are looking at remodeling our master bathroom and kitchen in a couple years and we won't be wasting our time looking for any other contractors. Kevin will be the person we call.

Absolutely wonderful! He was very nice as was all the staff he also had working on site. He was communicative on all aspects of the process. Job was done very well and he kept any and all renovated parts of the basement up to city code. Any issues we had with the finished product was completed to our satisfaction. I look forward to future projects that I can hire him again for.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic to work with. We wanted to have a 2 car detached garage built and he gave us exactly what we wanted. We gave him our budget (this was right before Covid and then a few weeks later Covid hit) and because of Covid-19 the prices of lumber went up and I'm quite confident that he absorbed a lot of the cost to keep us within our budget. He walked us through every step of the process. He always kept us informed of when there would be deliveries made to our house or if him and his crew would be here working on any given day. He always answered our text/questions within hours, or at the latest the next day. He started and finished our garage in a timely manner. He was able to match the roof and siding to match our house exactly even with the house being 10 years old. We plan on hiring him to finish our basement sometime next year. We have total and complete confidence in KOB, LLC.

The crew at KOB were fantastic. Any time that ANYTHING strayed from the original plan (which it always does), Kevin was quick to come up with an alternate plan. I would and will be re-hiring these guys when it comes time for a stamped patio or anything else for that matter.

It went really well! Kevin came to the house and looked at everything. Gave great advice to the direction we should go. He made some recommendations we hadn't thought of. His team came in on time as scheduled and were very neat and curtious. Kevin talked to us everyday and showed us the progress. We asked for a couple additional things and he adjusted without any issues. They were started and finished as scheduled and everything was done as agreed.

Very well! The whole process, which involved removing the old ceramic tile and the cement- like chunks underneath it, putting in new sub- flooring, and then laying porcelain tiles, took 4 days. Kevin picked up the tiles from the tile store as well as the 2 new toilets I’d chosen. They did a superb job and cleaned up after work each day. I would definitely hire Kevin and his team again!

Kevin did a great job in my first home’s basement, when I moved and need remodeling and basement done again I called him and had him do it. Having him do another project in the basement this month as well.
