"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. "I had a great experience working with Jonathan and his crew. It started with some handyman jobs, e.g., repairing and staining a fence, replacing the flooring of a shed, replacing a post on the front steps that also required cement repair and painting. We talked about staining my log home because he had log pros who could repair a rotted spot or two, professionally clean the logs, and put a coat of semi-transparent stain on a 3,500 square foot home. His estimate was very acceptable given the tasks it included. I have never had painters wash the logs and prepare for painting like this crew did. It actually looked good enough to forego the stain! The rotten log was cut out and replaced, and the actual staining was smooth and beautiful! I could not be happier with the finished job. I was thinking of replacing my solid wood front door, but they painted it and it is is perfect! So is the repointed patio! They are skilled pros with a great work ethic. Thank you!"
