DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I'm so disappointed in Dexter. Found him on Angie's List and once he could tell that I was black, he played on my "black pride" to basically beg me to "give a brother a chance", assuring me that I would leave a happy customer. I am anything but. He was hired to cut down 3 trees, then came back to clear out my yard. His team did not properly tie off the tree which ended up breaking my deck, dog house and outdoor dining table. He left areas of my yard untouched, and did not grind down tree stumps as promised. He spoke to me in a very unprofessional, casual manner, using curse words and acting as if we were "homies." Over the next several months I made multiple attempts to reach Dexter to get the matter resolved and every time, he blew me off. After 10 months I took him to court. He asked for more time to rectify the situation. As an act of good faith, I asked for a continuance on his behalf. He still didn't address the issue, only makes countless promises that went unkept Two months later and I returned to court, this time getting a judgement against him. He didn't even bother to show up to either court date, that's how much care he lacks. I called to see if we could take care of the judgement without escalating the court proceedings, and he told me that "I don't understand the shyt [he's] been dealing with at all" and tried to play on my sympathies. When I didn't tell him what he wanted to hear, he hung up in my face and blocked me! Really, Dexter? This matter is not going to go away simply because I can't call anymore. I wish I had dug deeper with his reviews before I hired him. At face value they aren't bad, but one you start doing a little bit of digging, you start to see some themes emerge - that Dexter is unprofessional, does not compete jobs, destroys property and does not repair/replace it, and will eventually stop taking your calls and/or block you to avoid the situation. He has no accountability, only makes excuses, and is extremely disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for this kind of work.

The crew was quick, professional and friendly. They went to extra lengths to remove a wire fence that was embedded in one of the trees. They left the area raked and clean. I can highly recommend Dexter All In One and hire them again.

We are so impressed with Dexter and his employees that weâ re already discussing hiring him for another project. I canâ t praise this company enough. Dexter was awesome! His crew was so hard working and did a fantastic job. They spent all day cutting down a large tree (it died) very close to our house. They were extremely careful and very skilled. They left my yard and street cleaner than when they arrived. They even made a little chair out of a chunk of wood for my kids! We canâ t recommend them enough!

They were nice and efficient. Kept their commitment, did a great job and verified I was satisfied with the job before leaving. Very pleased and will use them again.

Dexter, was very professional gave a competitive price, and accomplished the job quickly. I would recommend his service I was very satisfied with his work and he was able to squeeze me in the same day of our agreement for him to do the work.

Dexter is a liar and his team does lousy work. I hired Dexter to remove 4 large trees and 4 small trees on my property. I also had him prune 3 additional trees. First, let start with the damage he left.  1. Two bent steel pipes along my chain link fence.  2. My shed has several large dents on the top and sides. 3. Raised a railroad tile embedded in the ground that was used as a step from the driveway to the house. 4. I broke a pipe used by my radon removal system. 5. Broke a power line 6. All-around damage to the yard, - large gaping holes, and pieces of wood left buried in the ground. All in all, Dexter left my yard a huge mess. I have spent over 30 hours and over $1000 just cleaning up the mess he and his team made.  Let talk about the other weird things you will find that Dexter does... Dexter will haggle with you. Do not trust it. He will offer a lot of extra goodies (free power washes) that he will not follow through on. Dexter may try to tell you that he can haul your wood away for you. He does not have the proper equipment for large jobs. If he says he has friends who will haul the wood away for him, do not trust it, he is lying.  When Dexter comes to your house for an estimate, he will try to spray-paint an identifying mark on the trees that you want to take down or prune. Please, tell him that he does not need to do that. Have him tie a plastic band around the trees instead. The three trees he pruned have a ridiculously large orange "P" on them. Dexter will try to get you to pay for the job before he has finished. If you are naive enough to hire him, do not pay until he has done so. That is definitely one thing I should have done differently.  Dexter promised that he was going to fix the damages that I mentioned above and remove the remaining wood that he left on the property. It has been two months, and I have not been able to get in touch with Dexter. He has ignored my calls and text messages. You should see my neighbor yard! He did work for them, and their yard is trashed too!  If I could go back and do things differently, I would not have hired Dexter and his team.

Dexter is a great guy. Reliable and honest. Got the work done in a day. Only issue we had was the mess after- so many big pieces left all over the yard. We are on bag 10 of â  clean upâ  which I didnâ  t expect.

Very easy to work with, professional crew of tree climbers, they cut down 5 tall poplar trees with no problem.

Dexter, Chris, and crew were outstanding!! The work they did is remarkable and Chris' OCD means every tree was pruned AND shaped beautifully and he even took his weed whacker and outlined our driveway and sidewalk with perfectly straight lines even though it wasn't part of the job! Everyone was prefessional, very nice, and on point. Dexter was a pleasure to work with and has a great appreciation for sarxasm, which is alway s a plus working with me.

Sent a written description and several pictures of trees to Dexter, he acknowledged the trees were very large and sent me a quote on the removal job. I thought the price was fair and went with his company, agreeing to his online proposal/quote. His crew arrived, however, their chipper broke down that morning, they did not have a bobcat to handle the timber, and their truck was not large enough to hold logs from two large trees - those were the first red flags. His crew climbed the smaller tree and cut off several small branches in the 1.5 hours after arriving at my property, then Dexter called stating the trees were larger than anticipated and he would be charged extra fees to dispose at the local landfill. Told him I could pay a couple hundred more over the quote but that is it (I was also aware there are several reviews of his company illegally dumping tree debris on private property), he said ok and hung up. He called back saying he was pulling his crew because of the equipment failure and needed a bobcat, but they would come back next week to finish the job. His crew took off leaving tree debris all over my front yard which took nearly two hours to clean up. Dexter then texted me the following week demanding $800 more to do the job. I said no and he stopped responding to all my subsequent texts. Complete waste of my time and seems like a hustle-underbidding then making up reasons to charge more. Now I am stuck trying to get these trees removed before my new lawn is installed and most arborists here are booked until late October/early November, way after my scheduled lawn install in late September.

Dexter and his crew worked to remove a very large maple tree that was at the point of threatening my house in case it fell. They removed it promptly and professionally. He was very good to work with.

Thieves, Dexter is a liar, scammer, hire them, they left the job more than half undone took the money and does not respond to calls or text, but will text to laugh and taunt that a bad review does not matter to him he is going to keep ripping people off! Why are they allowed to stay in business??

Job well done

The company received 80% of the money and did not finished the work. He said that he need the remaining to finish the work and pay his workers. This was after not being on-site for over a week. I said I will give him the remaining balance when he finished. No response after calling and texting; especially after I told him he will get the remaining balance until we see people working Also his subcontractor for stump grinding properly removed the stumps. We had to redo the work.

Rip off! overcharged, did not finish the job, left my yard a mess for over a week, and lied about coming back. He killed some of the plants, messed up my fireplace, broke my brick pizza oven, broke my slate slabs, and much more. He just outsourced almost everything and they did not finish a thing. He did not remove the stumps, and did not cut or stack the logs properly. He just blocks our numbers and does not respond.
