"I contracted Virginia Foundation Solutions because of an issue I had with water seeping through the concrete/cinder block wall to the garage during heavy/steady rains and would install a weeping tile and pump system. The crew that came out to the job site, Joel, Alex, Tomas and Jacke known as "The Blue Crew", were on time and started the work right away. They were cognizant of the plumbing to the water well and the electrical on that side of the house. They were very careful during the excavation. The work took a good part of the day, and when it was completed, I couldn't have been happier with the overall results. I had brick pavers that I was able to incorporate into the landscape to frame out the upper layer of rock that was applied over the drainage rock and weeping tile/tubing. The testing of the pump functioned perfectly, and the electrical work was contracted through DT Electric LLC. Thank you again, Virginia Foundation Solutions and DT Electric in assisting me to resolve my water intrusion problem."

"This company is the epitome of excellence. I hired JES to install engineered push piers for our slab. Prior to the work being done our entire upstairs would squeak, no matter how softly you’d step. After they completed, the squeaky floor subsided by 80/90%! Which is so amazing, and I didn’t even think it would fix as much as it did. We also had them use polyurethane foam to stabilize additional areas of our slab and driveway! The driveway wasn’t bad, but there’s a noticeable improvement. Where me and my husband were really impressed was by the production crew. They were extremely buttoned up, timely, and extremely considerate. They even managed to allow my kids to nap without disturbing them! How they did that is beyond me. When they got up though, they started the “jacking” process. My oldest son (6) and I were giggling at the noises it made, and the crew laughed along with him. The crew leaders- Greg Shock and Luis Carranza communicated through every step of the process and insured that we were 100% satisfied with the project prior to even asking for a final payment. That alone made me feel secure about my decision to have JES do this work. When it comes to home services, this company is truly a class act and a clear level above other companies in their field. They failed to finish the work (offered some laughable small credit instead) and then sought civil remedy for an amount I don't owe. Oh, and they kept the deposit. To summarize: THEY BOTCHED A JOB AND THEN SUED THEIR OWN CUSTOMER. I was going to let sleeping dogs lie but now I'm going to use every consumer digital megaphone available. Just look at the photo! They were hired to spray foam my crawl space!! That's what they left...They claim this crawl space has been mitigated for pipes freezing."
