Salone Solutions, LLC

We contracted Salone Solutions, LLC to replace over fifty can lights with more up-to-date recessed lights. The job was completed by 2023. In 2024, four of the lights installed by Salone Solutions, LLC fell down and were hanging from the ceiling. In April 2024, we hired another company to put the lights back up. However, at that time, the company informed us that the lights installed by Salone Solutions, LLC were installed without connectors in the housing, which is code violation NEC 110.14. We then contacted Salone Solutions, LLC to inform them of the finding. Salone Solutions, LLC sent a technician to our home, who verified the findings and repaired the two lights they inspected. Since then, we have been contacting Salone Solutions, LLC to inspect the rest of the lights installed by them and correct the code violation where it exists. To date, they have stopped responding to our attempts to reach them to schedule a date.

The best in all regards. Complicated project now works perfectly as I requested.

Right from the start, the office manager was very careful to understand what work we needed done, and to schedule the right electricians for the job. We have a new construction home that has builder fixtures that we wanted replaced with upgraded fixtures. Salone Solutions scheduled two workers to out. Their work ethic is excellent, and they were personable. They both made sure they knew what we wanted done, and worked to give us just what we requested. When our four dogs "broke out of jail" where we were keeping them from bothering the workers, both electricians were very good with the dogs, and enjoyed giving them attention. The projects we had were replacing one lighted ceiling fan with a different one, installing a ceiling fan in a room that had been prepped for a fan, replacing a dining room chandelier with another one, and replacing a foyer ceiling light with another. All 4 projects were done efficiently and just the way we wanted them. I strongly recommend this company, and will definitely hire them for future projects.

I hired Salone Solutions through Qmerit, Electrify America's nationwide network of local contractors to install the Electrify America L2 home charger for electric vehicles. I work for Electrify America and was going to receive my 9.6 kW wifi-enabled, app-operated charger soon and needed a NEMA 14-50 (240V) outlet installed in my garage to plug the wall box into. I selected SaloneSolutions from three vendor quotes that Qmerit provided. When evaluating the bids, Les Salone, the owner, called me directly and discussed his offer addressing all the questions I had. Because his quote was very competitive and he had the quickest availability to get the job done, I selected Les. On the day of the install a week or so later, Chris, the electrician, showed up right on time. We discussed how he was going to do the install. He accommodated my wish to run part of the wire behind the wall to minimize the amount of armored cable visible on the surface of my garage wall. This was a more elaborate process and required cutting open the dry wall. Chris did a very clean and expert job putting the cut-out back in the wall afterwards. This made it very easy for me to mud and paint over afterwards for an absolutely clean and seamless looking installation. He tested the new outlet, showed me how it was working, and wrapped up the job in less then 90 minutes. When the day later coincidentally my drier stopped working and I called Les to ask if this could possibly have anything to do with the installation of the 50 amp circuit breaker for my EV charger in the fuse box, Les sent Chris back out the very next day to double-check. Turns out it had nothing to do with the install and was just pure coincidence. The circuit breaker of the drier had failed and needed to be replaced. Chris went above and beyond and took care of that for me on the spot. I will use them again next time I need an electrician and can only highly recommend SaloneSolutions to anyone else as well.

When I contacted Salone Solutions to discuss the issue I was having in my house and to hire a technician, from the beginning of the conversation the technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to help me schedule a visit within the time window I asked for, the technician arrived on time, very professional, well skilled and knew what he was doing. The service was completed within the mentioned window. I would highly recommend Salone Solutions for any in home or office base services.
