Larry and the crew from Modern Renovations were on time, stayed on budget and were exceptional in all aspects. Amanda (scheduler and manager) always kept me informed about timelines. She was great to work with in every way. Definitely will call Modern Renovations for future needs.

Let me say if your looking to get siding put on your home this is the company to go with. I had some bad dealings with other contractors and this guy Larry came out gave me the quote and told me it would take two to three days. I was a bit skeptical and the guy was true to his word. Three days it was done and made me a believer. The crew was very polite and on time and when it was finished you couldn’t tell they was ever there. Not a scrap was left and my wife and I agree it’s like we have a new home. And anyone that ask me about my home I will tell them to call modern renovations to get it done. Five star company all the way.
