"Adrian is extremely knowledgeable and patient as he took the time to assess various points in my yard to give me options on how to fix my flooding patio (as it was raining outside). On the day of the French drain and French drain extension installation, the crew was prompt and immediately started the job. I was pleased with their professionalism as well and they worked very hard to excavate the dirt and install the French drain components. Upon completion of the amazing work, I observed the workers reassembling my yard and also cleaned up my driveway of any loose rocks. Adrian also came by shortly after the crew left to check on the job and again, I truly appreciate the level of professionalism from this company."

"Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. "Jacob arrived promptly. We live in an older home and have a cast iron pipe that runs to the main drain area in the court. We had similar situation 12/2019. Industrial snake used and what was pulled out was heavy utility towels that we determined had been stupidly flushed down by contractors that had done work in the home. It was suggested at that time to send a camera down to be sure no other issue, but we thought we were okay after seeing the utility towles removed, water was running freely through the drain in the basement. Well, part II, we're here again 8/2020. This time clog closest to basement drain freed up quickly. Jacob suggested most efficient way is to perform a jet wash blowing any remaining debris further out from the house out of the pipe into the main drain area in the court and sending camera down to see what's up. We agreed. Camera pictures revealed scale throughout cast iron pipe with largest amount of buildup further away from the property just as pipe neared main drain area in the court. Descaling will be completed tomorrow. Could have been worse. Thankfully no tree roots or pipe fracture. The Pipe Doctor's jet wash price best compared to other plumbing companies neaby and overall cost is competitive. Although we have the descaling yet to be performed, I have no doubt based on previous performance and today's performance/outcome there will be no need for me to alter this evaluation. Quick response, competitive pricing, great customer service. I would highly recommend."

"Project Manager assisted with choices of tile and fixtures but was not pushy.  Answered questions and was very responsive to any issue I brought to him.  These were everthing from a "real" question to just helping to calm my nerves through the process of having people and disruption in my home.
Crew memebers were exceptional.  They were on time, careful of my home and did their jobs efficiently and with the skill of the craftsmen they are.  They took pride in their work.  They cleaned up each day and left the site at the end very clean. 
This project came in on time and on budget.  There were issues to be addressed during the remodel, as there always is, when you start tearing out the old to bring in the new.  Each challenge was met and addressed promptly which helped to keep the project moving along and be completed in a timely fashion.
I will have this team do my next project.

"I am extremely pleased with the kitchen and bath renovation done for me by Suncrest Builders.   Their estimate was fair, honest and reasonable.  Not only was their work superior, but also they started the renovation on time and finished it with no interruptions or delays other than the agreed upon and customary weekends off.  John Cantrall, or his representative, personally checked the project's progress at the beginning and end of each sub task  such as electrical, tiling, plumbing, and painting to assure that  each sub task completed was properly performed and to assure that the following task was properly sequenced and understood.   This  renovation went very smoothly because it was performed by professionals  very skilled and knowledgable in their trade who, when faced with an unexpected problem, simply solved the problem and moved on.

"I have to admit, this went way better than I thought. Austin and Brian H did a great job. We had our attic (and outside) HVAC unit replaced. They found a few things that needed completed/replaced/fixed to make the system optimal. I thought they might "hit me for a bunch of extras" at the end, but they did not. The replacement took longer than expected but that is because they stayed to complete all the extras to optimize the system. In a few months, we will have them take a look at our basement unit.
