"Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. God Bless them for their hard work and strong work ethic!"

My husband setup the appointment at the last minute due to bad weather constantly rolling in, but the gentleman from Paveco was ready that morning to come out and do the seal coating when asked. I was very impressed but was even more impressed when I was unable to make it back home from errands before the young man finished, and he patiently waited for me to return so I could pay him for his work. He never called me to ask where I was even though several unforeseen circumstances made it nearly impossible to get home in time. The driveway looks amazing and the young man told me to call anytime I had questions. A few hours after he worked hard to get it all done, rain that wasn't on the forecast hit, but our driveway still looks awesome."

"After doing our homework, getting multiple bids, and evaluating the knowledge & professionalism of local companies (and not so local folks that come here to make a profit) we went with A-Pak for our driveway asphalt paving. To us, the choice was very easy. A-Pak was very responsive, on-time, and highlighted areas about our driveway that we were missing in plain sight. Their explanation was logical, clear, and straight to the point, even that I (an average homeowner) could comprehend. The more we researched, the more the choice was clear. These guys are local, real, employed local folks, and have the warranty and after sales support that one would come to expect. They are flexible in their payment method and not cash/check only place that vanishes the minute the work is done with all risk left to the customer. They walked me through what to look for and how to evaluate a good job that lasts versus a superficial topical job that will collapse in no time. The work itself was very timely, professional and spot on. Everything looks great and the compliments are already flowing in. Oh, how about the price? I don't know how they do it, but it was extremely competitive and fair. So fair, that we were able to do a more extensive job than originally planned. "Finally a contractor that delivered what they promised! Bravo did an excellent job. I got multiple estimates I’m so happy that I went with them. They were professional and a fair price. Looking at my driveway I can tell how much pride they take in their work which means a lot to me since I’m totally remodeling a house a purchased and had really bad experiences with contractors. What stood out the most is it called for no rain but at completion they were about to leave but he actually stayed for over an hour just to see if the rain was coming after it got cloudy he put down plastic. Will be calling them back to do my backyard patio. Money very well spent."

"I am very pleased with the work from Elijah, his team led by Victor, and Cassella Landscaping. I hired them to replaced old rotting timbers of the wood trim of the yard of my townhouse. I have never hired a hardscaping contractor and most photos from others are of stone work. After emailing a few contractors, Elijah was very prompt to respond but I ended up going with a different contractor because our schedules lined up sooner. This ended up being a disaster - we ended up having the first contractor pull up the poorly laid timbers so we could start over from scratch. I ended up reaching out to Elijah again, and he was so professional and courteous. He answered all my questions, gave me multiple quotes, and was flexible with the price after our neighbors decided they did not want us replacing the timbers that were on their property line. Elijah worked us into their schedule promptly, and his crew paid great attention to detail, even offering to fill in the gap in our driveway left by installing the timbers straight with asphalt! His crew led by Victor was very communicative, checking in with me in the middle of the project to make sure I was satisfied before proceeding further. One issue I had with the first contractor I worked with was he cut awkwardly small pieces of wood to save on buying more wood. Victor cut nice long piece - and even went out to buy another plank of wood in the middle of the project to make sure it looked nice. They definitely do not cut corners! The price they quoted was higher than the first contractor, but I felt it was reasonable, and they definitely are worth it, especially given how professional and responsive they were to work with, and their expertise and attention to detail during the installation. Overall, I can't recommend them enough! I will definitely be reaching out to them again if any other projects come up!"
