"What a great experience! Scheduling was a breeze; and the plumber, Owen, arrived on time, well within the window after a call that he was on his way. I originally scheduled them to install a touchless kitchen faucet I had purchased; when he was here, I inquired about replacing the garbage disposal and then he noted some issues with my current kitchen sink traps (which were clear to see when he pointed them out). From the beginning of talking to Jim Wilburn, the Owner of Ace, to the Lawn Service with Kevin, it has been a great experience.  Jim is very understanding and helped me to decide what service worked best for our lawn.  He has made adjustments as necessary throughout the season.

Kevin provides weekly service our lawn.  He assesses the lawn each week and provides the care that is needed.  Our lawn is beautiful when he is done.  He is the best!!

We were able to take care of the standing water; however, we had to find the source of the leak. We called MJ Home and they were able to come out the same day, give an assessment, and by that evening we had an estimate. "We used/tried to use Sam and Sons a few times and their service went from excellent down hill each time. We had a great electrician do a number of install/repairs in the Spring of 2009. It was a bit pricey but professional and well done. Around Thanksgiving 2009, we requested a plumber who did good work and was scheduled and arrived promplty but was quite expensive. We also requested a estimate for additional carpentry/door repairs but never got the quote. We even called twice to follow up on the request and were promised a call back first within a few days then in few hours but never heard from them."

"About ten days later, Andrew and a crew of 4-6 men (at various times) arrived promptly,  They began by replacing and raising two window wells and adding additional dirt and gravel.  An area near the basement room with the mold problem required raising the ground to redirect water away from the house, which they did.  
About six gutter drain spouts had water redirected away from the house toward or all the way to the surrounding woods.  Classic Drainage dug troughs, laid pipe, and connected the pipe to the gutter spouts.  In addition, Classic Drainage installed a consolidated pipe that directs water from one gutter spout and our sump pump to the wooded area.  Several of the pipes were 8-15 feet in length.  One was installed under the sidewalk in the front of the house.  The results are that several eyesores were addressed, water is now being redirected as it should, and the whole drainage system looks modern and up to date.  Soil, grass seed and hay were placed 
on top of the trenches where pipes were installed.  In addition, the crew took care to ensure that the existing lawn sprinkler system was not damaged in any way, and even adjusted some of the sprinkler piping to better direct water.
In all, the work took three visits over about 18 hours total.  
We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, the expertise that Andrew and his crew clearly demonstrated, and the efficiency and effectiveness of their work.  We highly recommend Classic Drainage!"
