"The technician who came out to take measurements claimed that he was part of the design team for both this company. He also claimed he was a designer for the Devon Hill housing development in which I lived at that time, so he was familiar with houses and the kitchen cabinets. After he took the measurements, he promised he would send me a rendering of the design to my email, but I never received this design for a kitchen remodel. I tried to contact them at least once directly, but I could not speak with anyone in person. I left a voicemail that was never returned. Then I contacted Angie's List for assistance."

He worked on my guest bath 8 years ago and I have not had any issues since. I called him back for my master bath remodeling. Highly recommend him for any project involving tiles."

The delays seemed to be caused by no planning. But they got done by my ultimate due date. The work was great and everybody was great to work with. David was on time and very professional. He spent an appropriate amount of time evaluating the 2 areas we had requested. He documented the inspection w/ photos, measurements, and sketches. He provided a verbal preliminary report and is to provide a written final report w/ specifications for the mods we are proposing. (Removing a wall upstairs and a post downstairs.) We were happy to hear that our mods were going to be less complicated than originally thought and consequently less expensive. We have the peace of mind that the proposed changes are structurally sound and will be done correctly.

"Once the work was finally scheduled, it was done very well.  The mechanics were conscientious about cleaning up after them selves, and did very good, professional job. (though one did leave his drywall square here!)  The problem with the experience was with their office/scheduling.   It took them nearly 30 days to respond to our repeated request to schedule the work after we purchase the Big Deal, and only after contacting Angie's List, did we finally hear back from them.  Once we finally got their office on board, the workers were great.
