Seth Ballard designed a beautiful house for us at Snowshoe Resort in West Virginia. Seth and his team helped us through the process each step of the way and was a huge help when it came time to select a builder as well as finishes for the house. He showed meticulous attention to detail and had the highest level of commitment to our project. We would highly recommend him as an architect.

I hired Seth for a major expansion and remodeling of my house in 2014. He did an excellent job on architectural design and project management. He invested time in getting to know me, understanding my preferences and designing a beautiful house for my personal style. He showed great commitment to my project and readily available when I needed to consult with him. I couldn?t be happier with the results. He is an excellent architect with great attention to detail and customer services. I still get compliments on my home when people visit for first time.

Seth Ballard is very creative, knowledgeable and experienced. We did two projects with his firm with Seth as the lead architect. Created an architecture (drawings, models, etc) and worked through several zoning issues - ultimately we did not opt for the construction due to other reasons but the design was well done, creative, and met our requirements. He wasn't offended if something didn't work for our personal style and he also wasn't afraid to let me know if something wasn't going to work from a professional/architecture standpoint. Ballard Mensua was a dream to work with. The interpretation of our needs, creative solutions and beautiful finished product stood the test of time for us. Seth’s a great advocate for his customers, he lays it all out in a clear and concise way and steps in if problems arise. We hit a snag or two as all big remodeling projects tend to do, but the pain points were minimal due to Seth’s excellent leadership, and his ability to maintain solid relationships with his team of reliable contractors. Everyone wins when this kind of approach is applied to a big project. We worked with Ballard Mensua on an addition to our house, a basement remodel, an outdoor patio and two bathroom remodels.
