Lester Garcia was the only contractor who came for an estimate that seemed to really care about my project and put in the time to give me an accurate estimate. The other 4 companies seemed to just gloss over what we wanted and give a ballpark estimate. We felt that Lester really listened and gave us an accurate fair quote. The last thing anyone would want would be to be surprised as to the final bill! His workers were hard working and very professional and went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied. "In April 2022, we used the services of Dulles Bath and Kitchen to get our master bathroom remolded. We are extremely disappointed in the unprofessional service we received from this company (owner Johan, project manager Adam & service crew leader Carlos). The project was not done in a professional, proper and timely manner. First and foremost, the customer service was non-existent. Not only was the company owner rude and uninterested in the work of his team, that lead to our complaint but the field manager, Adam, had no control over the servicing crew that was doing the bathroom. The following pictures show the unprofessional way this company has performed the servicing of our “dream” bathroom: (too short cut treshold & baseboard, filling the gaps with silicone; unconsistancy & horrible job on grout; chipped tile edges all over, which we were being told after the grout it wouldn’t be noticeable; unleveled tile placements; silicone work on seamless glass shower done very sloppy; etc…) After going back and forth with the field manager, Adam and Johan we have yet to have a walkthrough, to go over any/all imperfections, but since that never happened we decided to withhold the remaining amount until these issues were resolved. Instead the owner gave us a call & told us to keep the rest of the final invoice and that our project was done. Not only did the company perform unprofessionally, but sheer arrogance of the owner to disrespect the contract and close our service ticket shows you how this company does business!"
