"The technician (Shammion) arrived on time and spent time listening to my concerns and answered my questions before proceeding with the work. Shammion has serviced my furnace and a/c unit previously, and on each occasion he has spent time informing me how various parts of my HVAC should work and what I need to do to get the most from the systems. On this occasion, Shammion instructed me on how to use my new thermostat and how best to keep my condenser coil clean in the future. "Jimmy and his team are experts in their field. Air Force One has installed an HVAC unit and two Mitsubishi mini splits for us at our home. "T&J Service installed a beautiful new Trane system at my home in Fairfax on May 14, 2024. They were recommended to me by my neighbor who has been using them for many years. Without a doubt, Diep and Tran are the most highly-skilled HVAC professionals that I have encountered in over 40 years. This was a very large, complex system to install and they got it done in one day. These are some of the hardest working, most dedicated guys that I've ever seen! I absolutely love my new Trane system. They even custom made a beautiful plenum for my air handler --handcrafted out of stainless steel (Diep is also a skilled metal craftsman). 5 STARS"
