"AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency. "They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

He did a better job solo than I have experienced with hiring a company who sent out multiple guys (who not only did a *very* poor job, they were more interested in suggesting additional work that cost 4x more than the initial fix, which I ended up finishing myself-no thanks). I highly recommend Blake-he is honest, reasonably priced, and does a fantastic, thorough job.
