"The technician (Shammion) arrived on time and spent time listening to my concerns and answered my questions before proceeding with the work. Shammion has serviced my furnace and a/c unit previously, and on each occasion he has spent time informing me how various parts of my HVAC should work and what I need to do to get the most from the systems. On this occasion, Shammion instructed me on how to use my new thermostat and how best to keep my condenser coil clean in the future. The work was done expertly and in a professional manner, and I highly recommend Shammion and McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning."

"OUTSTANDING JOB, REPLACED MY OLD CENTRAL AIR CONDITION SYSTEM."

"Marvin Hernandez arrived right on time and diagnosed and treated the issue with our AC and thermostat effectively and efficiently. I recommend ARS and their team."

"Jimmy and his team are experts in their field. Air Force One has installed an HVAC unit and two Mitsubishi mini splits for us at our home. We own a construction company, so we also hire Air Force One for all of our HVAC needs for our customers. They are always professional, prompt and fairly priced."

"T&J Service installed a beautiful new Trane system at my home in Fairfax on May 14, 2024. They were recommended to me by my neighbor who has been using them for many years. Without a doubt, Diep and Tran are the most highly-skilled HVAC professionals that I have encountered in over 40 years. This was a very large, complex system to install and they got it done in one day. These are some of the hardest working, most dedicated guys that I've ever seen! I absolutely love my new Trane system. They even custom made a beautiful plenum for my air handler --handcrafted out of stainless steel (Diep is also a skilled metal craftsman). 5 STARS"

"Walter aka Pete went above and beyond to fix and repair my HVAC system during this last cold weather we had. Excellent customer service"

"ALAN IT FIXED THE PROBLEM!! The reason why I did not hire this company was because Alan gave me a few troubleshooting tips about my AC. I thought I had a bad compressor, which was going to cost me over 8k to replace due to being a old system that no longer is being manufactured, but after telling Alan that I had some general knowledge about AC from my military service, he shared with me a few things to check and IT FIXED it. I went from potentially spending 8K to only spending 13.00. When ever my AC really does break, this company has earned my business for being honest and transparent and not trying to rip off their customer. Alan you the man!"
