We used the Turner's Service Company since mid 90's and enjoyed reliable and predictable service by competent technicians who are focused on providing the service quality and informing us about the latest technological improvements (without any hard sell). Today, the technician performed the required maintenance and provided detailed explanations that were recorded in the technician's working notes below: "Performed: • 1- Reset Evaluation control. Set up the humidification level for winter. There is no upgrade downloads for this evolution control at this time. • 2- Humidifier Maintenance complete. Removed and replaced water panel. Cleaned out the humidifier cabinet. Checked and tested drain. Tightened up water line connections. Checked out the operation. Humidifier is working properly at this time and there’s no water leaks. • 3- Checked out the water heater. Opened up the drain valve and flushed a couple of gallons of water from the water heater. Checked and tested thermostats and elements. Checked and tightened up electrical connections. Checked out the water lines. Checked floor drain, P&T valve, drain pan water pipes and sump pump. Turned off the outdoor water spigots for winter. Water Heater is working properly at this time. • 4- Maintenance complete on the Bryant Evolution system in heating. Cleaned and flushed ez trap and drain. Cleaned and checked furnace safeties. Checked out the blower assembly, coil, burners, inducer assembly, condensate float, ductwork, gas lines, flue pipe, emergency condensate overflow drain pan and electrical components. Achieved proper temp split across furnace. Achieved proper manifold pressure at 3.5in wc in high stage. Didn’t find any gas leaks at this time. Checked out the operation of the system. System is working properly at this time." Excellent Service Company!!!

Great experience. We needed a new HVAC system that included a 2 ton a/c, gas furnace, and steam humidifier and got a very fair price from Turners. Two HVAC specialists, Chris and Cody, came early on Saturday morning and did a great job installing a new Bryant system and April Air humidifier. The installation was flawless and we couldn't be happier. To our surprise they even replaced the beat-up looking supply and return ductwork feeding into the a/c condenser coils and gas furnace with large custom made pieces and moved the refrigerant lines so they were out of the way. Chris was the lead technician and his workmanship was meticulous and he explained everything. It all looks perfect and the new system is working great and it comes with a 10 year parts guarantee from Bryant and a 2 year labor warranty from Turner's. I feel lucky to have found Turner's and think they're an honest company does great work and doesn't rip people off. Highly recommend.

My husband broke the threads on a drain pipe.  Called Turner's and Jon Scott came out to replace the pipe.  He called ahead with a reasonable window of arrival time, replaced the pipe and offered some additional suggestions on how to prevent build-up in the pipe in the future.

They've been pretty courteous and they seem to do a pretty good job. I had a pretty luck with them, showing up when they are supposed to show up. I haven't used them a whole lot, we just started using them.

I wish I could give 10 As. Greg came out to diagnose our system. He found the issue with it, and reported it to our warranty company. We called Turner's and not the warranty company. The warranty co didn't like what he said due to cost. So, they sent someone else out. We actually had issues with both our units but the warranty company only authorized service on one. The warranty company later sent another company out that stated our downstairs unit was 75% low on freon, and diagnosed our upstairs unit as a bad compressor. Greg came back out for free and re-diagnosed both systems. He found nothing wrong with the downstairs unit, and said it was having issues because the upstairs unit was struggling so badly.
We got a quote from Greg to go ahead and replace both units. He stated the downstairs unit didn't need it, but we went ahead and did it anyway. His crew came out, they were respectful and let us know every step they were completing as they went through the process. They did outstanding work.
Turner's is honest, they provide excellent service, and I wish more HVAC companies were like this one!! Thank you Greg and crew!!. I highly suggest Turners Service Company!!

Horrible, First of all my system worked fine before they came in. Now take it, the coil may have been dirty but this should have been a simple job. The tech had his helper there and they had to cut the refrigerant lines to pull the coil clean it and braise it to reinstall it. Well next thing you know I was advised that the ECM board was fried well i asked how that happened, well i found out his helper crossed the transformer wires in the system and smoked my board. I was told that it would be monday and it was one of the hotest days of the year and I had their premier service contract. I was suppose to get nextday service well I tell you they lied to me and told me the ECM board was not in stock so monday turned into wednesday. I had no A/C for 4 days because of a tech's mistake. Then I had 3 follow up service calls because the guy didn't braise the copper pipe right and the refrigerant leaked out. Then next thing you know I am replacing my and quot;Aand quot; coil because all of the sudden it was leaking refrigerant none of which was a problem before they serviced my system. The home is only 4 years old and had brand new heat pumps. I kicked them out of my home and didn't pay them

I have worked with Turner's for years on an irregular basis (as problems arise) and have had nothing but good experiences. I trust them. If they find a $50 problem, they do not search for a way to charge you $500. Equipment they repair stays repaired. They are a family business so they take a lot of pride in their work. I've seen only professionalism and competence from everyone at Turner's and I can recommend them.
