After contacting many companies with desperation-- either many companies were not available or very expensive , IBC came and rescued me. Mr. Rigo was very professional and precise. He and his crew worked so hard during beginning of the cold winter and I could not be happier. On top of that, the price made my Jaw dropped- the very first quotes was three times more expensive than their quote. However I could see how they worked so efficiently and how reduced the cost. Mr. Rigo was the owner and the estimator and was doing billing and was doing all the labor together. I have to say the work was very solid because he did everything and he took the responsibility.
