From the design work done by Dave at NRG to very efficiently use our limited space, to the on-schedule completion of the work to facilitate our tight move-out/move-in schedule, to the outstanding punch list finishing work the NRG team did to make the minor repairs involved in every home project, to NRG's doggedness and determination to make sure we are satisfied all the way to the finish line--we really couldn't ask for a better home renovation experience. Even after unexpected but essential change orders like a new roof and sistered first floor joists, and the inclusion of the unanticipated desires like the purchase and installation of the basement Murphy bed, NRG's original price estimate was within a couple percent of the final total, which really says something about the effort and quality Dave and the NRG team put into their work, their professionalism, and their determination to get it right. MPB has been in the business of remodeling and new construction since 2010. All of our work is performed by employees who are very well trained in carpentry, drywall, painting. We also specialize in electrical and plumbing work along with lighting and ceiling fan installations. Our services are offered to both residential and commercial customers. Our prices are very competent and we have never been known to compromise on the quality of our services provided, all our services are back up for 3 years craftsmanship warranty.

"Tech arrived 1 hour late, due to complication from a previous job(as told to me by dispatcher). Work was completed in 4.5 hours to replace 2 shut off valves in a bathroom and kitchen sink, install a pressure reducing valve in the basement and repair a pipe on the exterior of the house. The tech also repaired leaks in a water pipe. I was pleased with the work but unprepared for how the costs were calculated per the advertised special. If I hire MPB again, I would need to know which jobs the promo covered and budget accordingly."
