We searched for a paving contractor with an excellent reputation and after receiving several estimates we selected O. Cooper. We were unable to physically be onsite to go over the project but that didn't matter as Billy suggested we meet via FaceTime. He arrived at the property on time, and we were able to walk the project virtually discussing our vision and expectations. He promptly provided us with a very detailed estimate of the work to be performed along with a price quote. Once onsite we were impressed with the obvious preparation, coordination, and execution of the project. We are so pleased with the way the driveway turned out and are grateful to O. "Matt came out and set up an annual contract for landscaping with a schedule for what was done each month($450/mo). They came out to mow twice in October then I never heard from them again! Except to receive a monthly invoice. I was supposed to get yard cleanup and two leaf cleanups between the end of October and December. When I received the December invoice I asked the office manager why I had not received my services for November. She said she would look into it and have someone get back to me. A week later, (12/15), I still had not heard back from anyone. I canceled my contract with them and all future work and I still never heard a word from them. Zero attempts to rectify the situation or to apologize. I do not understand how they can still be in business if there are other clients who have been treated this way!"
