"The project manager Justin called me on the same day of my inquiry. He came out late the next afternoon after finishing another job. He told me exactly what he would do to repair the craters in my driveway. He estimated how many truck loads would be needed and the total cost. I was left with an estimate at that time. June 2014 update:  Bill Worden provided a free seal coating on my driveway to compensate for the lackluster paving job.  The seal coat looks great, and I appreciate it.  Was a nice customer service gesture.  I would do business with them again.  Moral of the story is to lay asphalt during the warmer months, and hopefully they start paving in the morning while the asphalt is still hot.  If you are the second job of the day and they show up in the afternoon the asphalt may be cooler and may not go down as well.  Overall I had a good customer experience."
