Not only did we have to pay contractor $100 to fix damaged walls, chair rail and floor molding paint, but they bothered the painters so much to help move furniture that the painters complained to us for time lost painting while assisting Jeff and Nathan. Decent price and nice guys but problematic."

They came ready to work after an over-the-phone estimate. After a survey of the complexity or work the price was re-negotiated. They were willing work with me and told me exactly the work needed to be done (re-stretching and cleaning). They arrived on time as promised and went to work on my carpet. The top floor rooms were a bit challenging but they were able to get it looking good. My carpets look good as new. I like James' mantra "we want to make a living not a killing". "Ferguson Home Improvements was very professional and on time when they did our tile work.  The technicians were very respectful and instructed us of everything they were going to do in there step by step process and made sure we approved everything before the began the work.  After the work was completed on-time and within budget they explained to us how to care for our new floor and made sure that our house was left they way it was when the arrived.  We received a call about a week later from the owner of Ferguson Home Improvements to make sure we were satisfied with the work.  All and all it was a great experience and we will use them in the future.
