"Project was done quickly once started, maybe too quick though. The ground wasn't tilled and leveled, the metal edging wasn't dug in due to ground not being tilled, edging wasn't used at the gate so gravel spills into lawn (they did leave me a piece so I can do it myself). The crew was polite and presented themselves very well. Could've been some misunderstanding of what I wanted (details) possibly. Overall fair as the edging sticks 4 inches above the ground. Had to check no to rehire, but it's not a solid no."

I will write a longer version below, but for those who do not like to read long reviews, here are the key points: They are incredibly professional and communicative, contacting you with weekly updates and quick to respond to any inquiry. The pricing is competitive and transparent, and the end product is worth double what you pay. The design and craftsmanship are outstanding some of the best I have ever seen. - The vibe of the owners and their team is incredibly positive. They all seem genuinely happy to work with you on your project and to bring a little outdoor joy into your life. Our backyard was a bombed-out mess, beaten up by two dogs, and with three kids and busy lives, we had not put in the time to keep it up. My wife is a longtime gardener, and going back there bummed her out more than it inspired her. After a difficult year that included a cancer diagnosis, we finally decided to invest in making a garden space that would inspire us to get outside more. After talking to five or six local contractors, we were left feeling discouraged and frustrated. Each raised a different set of reasons why the project would be difficult. It was either too much of a hole to dig, too much red tape to cut through, or too difficult a location to navigate the crane we would need to install the Soake plunge pool (check them out; they are amazing) we were planning or too damn expensive. Our frustration reached an all-time high, and we were close to ditching the project together. And then we met Micah. Within a month, we had signed a contract, and he had ordered the pool to all our specifications. Where others saw impassable barriers (getting a crane into our yard), Micah saw multiple ways to get it done. Where others offered outrageously expensive proposals to deliver what we had hoped for, Micah gave us options we could afford and pick from. Every step with Easton Outdoors was yes, we can make that work. And they did. By the time the project was done, it was so much better than what we had imagined that it still awes us almost two months later. A space that was unusable is now one where we spend every evening even in the dead of winter, we are usually in our pool 4-5 nights a week (it heats up to 104 degrees). The bombed-out yard feels like a high-end boutique hotel. The entire process was not only stress-free, but it was also actually fun!Micah and his team were on top of everything throughout the whole project. The work was always stellar. The communications were always prompt and friendly. The billing was very reasonable and never a surprise. And everyone on his crew seemed genuinely happy to be doing what they did, even in the cold and rain of December. The attention to detail was impeccable and our yard was left in better condition than where it started. We could not be happier with the end product and the experience working with Easton Outdoors was incredible."

"These good folks arrived to do a rather small job (which another company said was too small for them), and when the owner came out to provide an estimate, he recommended other work that his organization could do when we were ready to bring them back! I was so impressed by their approach - both the estimate for the initial work as well as their suggestions for future work - that my wife and I decided to incorporate their recommendations immediately. The bottom line is the work was completed before the time they said they would need, they totally exceeded our expectations, and we would strongly recommend this organization to neighbors and friends! "Kenny responded promptly to my query for help.  He was very busy, but provided an estimate when he said he would.  He showed up for the work when he said he would.  The job took two days - Remove/grind out existing mortar (what was left) in day one and repoint the entire steps group the next.  Everything looks better than new.  Positively perfect.
