He provided a full motion mount at a cost way more reasonable than a similar mount at Best Buy, saving us money. He measured the area above the mantle to ensure a precise mounting--perfectly centered above the mantle. Michael cleaned up after his work and was pleasant to talk to and do business with. I would definitely reach out to him for our future TV mounting needs. The only qualm I had was that the communication prior to the installation date could've been better as I like to be very clear on the terms in advance. However, he was very cordial and flexible on the day of, so there ended up being no issues."
