"We used Fairfax Antenna to install a HD Antenna on our roof so that we could cut our cable and leverage internet services for TV along with the antenna to get local channels. I am writing this review after a month of the antenna being installed to monitor the performance. To date, everything is absolutely wonderful and my channels come in with full signal strength. We had invested in about 3 indoor 50 mile antennas, but they were never consistent no matter where we placed them in the house. The gentlemen were professional, made great recommendations, and we're quick and tidy about their work. I live in the Washington DC area, and we get channels as far as Baltimore in HD. I used the two runs, just in case we needed to split, but we use a product called HDHOMERUN Connect to route the signal through our network. Any TV we have used for accessing local TV, the channels come in sharp and crisp with zero issues. I highly recommend Fairfax Antenna."

"Just had a 70" Samsung TV mounted above my fireplace using the mm540 Mantle Mount with fully articulating, drop-down, hydraulic arm with sound bar attachment. It fits perfectly above the mantle, and pulls down easily, allowing you to watch TV at eye-level instead of having to crane your neck! I did a lot of research and ended up going with T.E.A.M. Audio & Video out of Manassas. They sent 2 strong guys to do the job (Ralph and Kevin), and completed the entire installation in 1.5 hours. The men were very respectful; wore masks and booties on their feet, and cleaned up their mess once they were finished. They were even able to successfully install my Samsung Sound Bar despite some of the hardware missing from the box!! T.E.A.M. is a licensed vendor for Mantle Mount, which takes more skill to install than a standard, fixed wall mount device. It was obvious these guys knew what they were doing; they were quick, efficient, and made no mistakes. Ralph and Kevin also took their time to explain to me how to properly and safely use the Mantle Mount, and made sure that the TV and sound bar were working before they left. Scheduling with Christina via text was easy, and extremely quick. Following the visit, I received my electronic invoice within minutes. Great customer service. :) Very pleased with T.E.A.M. and would definitely recommend them."

"The scheduling and price quote via phone had problems. I called to change the scheduled date over 24 hours in advance but they did not tell the installer, who then showed up one day early. Also, although I told them that I had a 60” TV, I was quoted the price for a smaller TV. This had to be corrected when the tech arrived. The tech was prompt, professional, flexible, and friendly. Did a great job."

"On a Saturday morning, the service man originally assessed my ice maker that no longer produced ice, it was thought to be do to the motor being non-operational so another one was installed.  The repairman told me that ice should start to be produced by the next day and to call him if no ice was produced.  I noticed sometime after noon on Sunday that I had not heard the icemaker dropping any ice and called the company service.  We set up another appt. time and he returned & said that my motor was not  the problem, but the sensors that tell the motor to produce ice.  He installed new sensors and refunded me the difference in cost from the motor. It was been working fine since then & now I have more ice than I know what to do with.
