He responded to my emails promptly and answered my landlordâ s questions as well as mine. He arrived on time for our appointments wearing a mask to prevent the spread of Covid-19, paper booties to keep the carpet clean, and carrying a vacuum cleaner. I asked Mark to install a Mantel Mount MM 540 Enhanced TV mount over the fireplace mantel. This is a complicated mount which can be tilted, swiveled, and lowered below the mantel shelf. The job didnâ t proceed as according to plan. Within the first 15 minutes, Mark determined that there was a cinderblock wall instead of vertical studs where I wanted him to hang the mount. Fortunately, he was able to quickly figure out an alternative approach. Additionally, he took his time testing and adjusting the tilt, swivel, and lowering mechanisms. Mark saved me money when he recommended that I not hide the wires behind the wall since it wasn't cost-effective to pay him to run them through cinder block. I thought that the price that he charged was extremely fair. I also appreciated his willingness to identify and mark studs so I could hang up my artwork."
