"Alan the owner quickly responded to my first phone call. After that, he daily kept me apprised of the status of my request. My 95-year-old dad has an old-fashioned roof antenna with a rotor mount. Over the last few weeks, he had lost 4 of his 6 channels that he watches. Alan's crew - Ramos and Daniel - took the time to test and repair the existing rotor mount, wiring, and coax cable. Plus they took the time to make sure every channel was received. As many of you may have experienced, most companies would rather sell you something new than take the time to repair what exists. From the very first phone call, Alan said he would order a new antenna rotor in case it was necessary, but would first try to repair. And that's exactly what happened! Ramos and Daniel were patient, kind, understanding, and respectful - and a great sense of humor! Alan and his employees are gems! I heartily recommend them!"

The mounting was done very clean, lined up & spaced perfectly, and structurally sound. Integrity of the mounts have not waned at all since installation and through very heavy use.
