New Tv Mount

Mr. Kim (Michael) mounted our tv and installed a sound bar. He did great work, was friendly, all at a great price. Everything was very professional from measuring for placement, drilling and anchoring to studs, cable management, and even cleaning up after with his own vacuum. Thank you Mr. Kim for your work ethic and great service. Highest recommendation!

Great service and great price

My tech was hard to understand. He did not complete the job as requested and misled me to fool me into thinking that he did. He tried to sell me on cables that were not needed. He made an unsafe connection on my receiver that could have either damaged the receiver or caused a fire. I would not hire him again.

Michael did a great job of mounting our TV above our fireplace, to include creating a new outlet. He provided a full motion mount at a cost way more reasonable than a similar mount at Best Buy, saving us money. He measured the area above the mantle to ensure a precise mounting--perfectly centered above the mantle. Michael cleaned up after his work and was pleasant to talk to and do business with. I would definitely reach out to him for our future TV mounting needs. The only qualm I had was that the communication prior to the installation date could've been better as I like to be very clear on the terms in advance. However, he was very cordial and flexible on the day of, so there ended up being no issues.

Michael was on time a very important attribute for any true professional and Michael is one in every sense of the word! He had all the tools needed to get the job done even a vacuum to clean up! Michael is meticulous with his work and works hard roll make sure you are satisfied with the job. He is very flexible and kind. I will always hire him and recommend to others.

Our TV was mounted the same day we requested service, and the installer was a perfectionist. Didn't stop making adjusting until the TV was exactly centered and level. He even made sure all our components were attached and working properly before he left. We are very satisfied.

If I could give more than five stars I would! Mike did an amazing job. He was incredibly professional, punctual, neat, and precise. I could not be happier with the work he did today. Their hours are great! Mike came out to my house on a Sunday morning to install the mount for my 65" TV. I have lived in many different places and have had to routinely use install professionals. Mike and TV Mount are the best I have ever hired to do any work. I cannot recommend him and their services highly enough! I will be using them for future work in the area.

Michael did a great job, came back the next day because I was missing the sound bar bracket. He was quick, professional and even helped me move the old TV stand to the basement. He brought his own vacuum and cleaned everything up afterwards including wiping the TV of fingerprints. Definitely would hire again!

Very thorough

Michael Kim is the absolute best! He is so kind, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely clean. I had read the reviews and hired him. He went above and beyond. He was quick and efficient and to top it all off I had an issue with my storm door and he fixed it before He left. A complete class act. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! Best experience I ve had in a long time hiring someone to do a job that ended up requiring some sharp thinking to get the job done correctly, Mr. Kim did immaculate work and I could not be happier. You have found the best with Mr. Kim; be completely confident in his work. He came out at 8:30 in the evening to install my TV. Who does that!

Mr. Kim was fast, professional,and stuck to exemplary standards. He was fixing a previous install and adjusting it to be lower for a new TV. He noted some issues with the previous mount setup, and patched the previous holes. I would recommend Mr. Kim to anyone needing from a simple mount to any complex home theater install.

You did a great job on mounting the TV. Had some great ideas but save me some money. Would recommend him!
