  I scheduled for moveout cleaning for $99/hr. Maids came 4 hours late and there management is not responsible to inform me the delay. I had to call and check with them. I asked for 2 people $99/hr and they send 5 people who cleaned the house in 1.5hr, these guys charged me $650. This is how they cheat customers. They worked for 1.5hrs and claiming they worked for 3hrs. I didn't ask for extra people to come, without my consent they send more people and charging me. Please don't schedule with Next Day Cleaning. They are clearly cheating customer. Please don't trust this fraud company, I spoke to Manager Steve and he is not helpful and not taking any responsibility read less

  While the actual cleaning work performed by Irene was an “A,” the coordination with Ecoverde Maids was a “C.” I called them via Angi for a “move-out” cleaning about 3.5 weeks ahead for a 2300 sq ft, 4 bd/2ba house that included a finished basement (open space). There was some confusion that this was from Angi (as opposed to HomeAdvisor?), but we got this resolved and I thought they gave me a slightly elevated but fair price (I didn't pursue the $15 Angi discount)– but their reviews on Angi were really good. About a week before, I get a call that they could not accommodate the cleaning. WHAT? I had called with plenty of notice initially and now they were cancelling on me a week out and my having to find another company before a rental showing the next day? I had to call them and then verify that somehow they had 2 requests in and couldn’t accommodate the second request (I only made one request and that was via Angi). Cleaning day arrives and Irene shows a little early (terrific!). She was great, but I was surprised that they sent 1 person for a job this big – I was told that COVID made customers want less people in their homes (this was a move-out cleaning… empty place). I then had to speak with Ecoverde because the oven and refrigerator were supposedly add-ons (really, for a move-out cleaning??) and this wasn’t in the email text they sent for items that weren’t included. They ended up not charging me for both of those but it was another point of stress. In the end, Irene stayed nearly 6.5 hours (they only allotted her 5 hrs?) and I was very happy with her work. Would I hire them again? My answer is “maybe” due to the coordination headaches and only if they send Irene again (put a "No" above so folks might read this review) read less
