"This is the best house cleaning service we've ever used (probably about the 4th or 5th we've tried). They are the most thorough and our house is super clean afterward - noticeably cleaner than other good cleaners have left it (like things sparkle). A baking soda paste made with about one part baking soda to one part water works magic on most baked-on stains. Scrub the paste into the grease, then let it sit for about 15 minutes. Then, wipe the area clean with a microfiber cloth. Repeat as needed for the most stubborn stains.

You can always use a homemade vinegar solution as a natural alternative to commercial cleaning products.
