I needed a move out clean for my rental apartment with an unexpectedly quick turnaround, and a neighbor recommended Carmen. She was great to work with and easily available by phone or text. She even moved my appointment time earlier in the day at the last minute. Her cleaning team worked quickly and efficiently, and I couldn’t find a spot they hadn’t touched. She was great to work with, and I recommend her.

It is not an understatement to say that my apartment needed a very deep cleaning. Carmen and her amazing crew were fantastic. Other companies were bidding on the cleaning at $100 total (which is absolutely not realistic and made me think there would be add-on fees, etc. Care-More Cleaning gave me a fair price of $350 for the one-time cleaning. The mess was overwhelming and I had to reschedule a few times, but Carmen was nothing but helpful and kind. I am absolutely hiring them to come every other week and I consider myself lucky to have found them.

Carmen's staff arrived within the timeframe given, immediately divided themselves into various sections of the house, and moved like lightening getting everything spick and span! Wow! Amazing!! Great customer service! I’m so glad I found Carmen and her crew! I started using them at Dec 2020 when I was selling my home. I hired them last minute for move in cleaning at my new place and they did such a great job, I hired them for move out of my home. They had my floors and appliances looking BRAND NEW for new owner! I now have scheduled for a monthly reoccurring cleaning because they do a such a great job!
