A company representative visited our home on one day notice, provided an extensive overview of the company, and estimates for service offerings. His approach was low key and professional. He was able to schedule a 'one-time' cleaning for the following day. A Professional, hard working, efficient two person crew arrived as scheduled and spent six continuous hours doing an outstanding cleaning of a large two story home. From the moment they arrived their professional focus on a full range of cleaning tasks resulted in an exceptional outcome - a very clean house. Both ladies were personable and pleasant and very respectful of our two cats. Overall a five star experience. Maid Bright is one of three companies we were evaluating - all good. Our experience on this first cleaning motivated us to transition from 'one-time' to regularly scheduled service.

Maid Bright provided a 2 hour arrival window and arrived at the beginning of the window, which was very convenient. A team of two cleaned our 1700 sqft house in about 2.5 hours. Before they left, they asked me to check their work and let them know if anything was missed. They did a great job!

Really appreciated the consultation before the actual cleaning! The maids arrived on time and were very efficient. They did a wonderful job cleaning the dog hair and making our kitchen and bathrooms shine. There were some spots that needed some extra dusting attention, but overall, I will use their services again!

The cleaning was fantastic. However, they broke a faucet in one bathroom as well as the faucet in the kitchen sink though. I'm sure they may have tried to make it better if I'd complained, but it wasn't worth risking someone's job over.

It was really good. The cleaners are really professional, did a thorough job, and efficient. They gave me a time frame when they're going to arrive. It's a little bit expensive for what's being done and they were in and out for 40 minutes.
