"I had called 5 other places before calling VS, and I'm glad I did. Van was courteous over the phone and answered all my questions. He showed up on time (the same day) to diagnose my AC problem. "Purchased two new HVAC units for our house. Fantastic service and quality products. They came back to troubleshoot a problem with the upstairs unit 5 months later when we switched to heating from AC and discovered that the existing ductwork was not engineered appropriately (by the builder) causing the auxillery heat to come on too often. They came back and fixed the problem for no additional charge."

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.
