"My AC failed and I had limited time to find a good solution, I made a phone call to Relax HVAC based on the online reviews and it was a great decision. Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. "Purchased two new HVAC units for our house. Fantastic service and quality products. They came back to troubleshoot a problem with the upstairs unit 5 months later when we switched to heating from AC and discovered that the existing ductwork was not engineered appropriately (by the builder) causing the auxillery heat to come on too often. They came back and fixed the problem for no additional charge."

we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.
