On Monday Nov. 21st he replaced my old water heater (21 years old) Nasser is honest and very reliable. He is very reasonable with his pricing (I have compared Nasser's pricing to my next door neighbors water heater replacement cost). I would highly recommend Relax Air. "This guy is young and has that techie cutting edge experience. He came in recognizing my problem immediately. He split my AC system to function on multiple levels and I can choose a single level to cool or multiple levels. Not only did this improve my comfort at home, but reduced how long my unit ran during the blistering heat this summer ( remember my statement about cutting edge). Pricing was reasonable and very customer-oriented. Trust me, you want this guy who doesn t come into your home and start throwing big names around and speaking in tongues that = a ton of money. "AC Tech Aaron was highly knowledgeable, amicable and was able to solve an issue that previously caused ARS to replace a newly installed HVC system with another new system, however, Aaron was the one to solve the ongoing issue I had with both current and previous systems. The issue was, the AC simply was not efficient enough to cool my house, reason, the air filters were severely clogged. Solution: Aaron applied a commercial degreaser, then washed both filters, this dissolved an accumulation of over 10 years worth of gunk and soot like dirt. Thanks to Aaron, my AC now is finally running to its full capacity without compromising its efficiency or causing it to overheat or worse, break down. I would recommend ARS to at a minimum inspect and equally clean all AC filters as that would go a long way towards resulting in a far better AC/HVC performance with better efficiency. "Technicians were on time and very courteous.  They thoroughly inspected and cleaned my 15 yr old air conditioner and changed my air filter as advertised.  Although they indicated that the system was nearing the end of its life due to high readings for volts, and strain on the motor, etc., they did not pressure me to unnecessarily replace parts at this time.  They did provide me with a few options for repairing or replacing the system in the future should it fail, all without the high pressure attempt to sell me more than I need at the moment (something I hate). I would definitely recommend both the company and technicians to others."
