Great job - excellent communication. In all of the chaos that comes after a move, I was so happy to have something easily taken care of. The guys were timely, professional, and thorough - they even cleaned up after completing the work!

The project took far longer to complete that was promised. They also put a hole in my living room wall that they were unable to repair. My contractor had to do it, although Kaam Solutions did pay for the repair. I will have to pay another company $640 to repair their shoddy workmanship. This is on top of the over $2000 that I have already paid. The owner contacted me to see what he could do to make me happy. I told him that I wanted a partial refund, which he refused to do. This was the worst customer experience that I have ever had.

The team did an excellent job mounting my TVs and setting up my entire system. Kudos!

Abdul did a wonderful job building my dream theater room. From the initial design sketches to the final product he was in contact every step of the way making sure we were appraised of and approved of every step. He did it all from painting to carpeting , install and drywall repair. A real one stop shop. Now itâ s my favorite room in the house. Family loves it too. Highly recommend

We have an old Bose entertainment system for which no spare parts are any longer available. The sound went out for cable TV and radio. KAAM AV Solutions managed to fix it and get everything working. They will be giving us a bid for replacement.

KAAM AV Solutions quoted me for a few different options my husband and I were considering for the mounting of our 65 inch tv.. We ended up choosing a motorized flip-down tv mount to be hung from our ceiling. Although a very tough spot to reach in our home, KAAM completed the job quickly and professionally. Couldnâ t be happier and would recommend the team to others!

Friendly, communicated well. The job was just to reconnect a simple 5.1 setup after it got pulled apart due to some other contractor work. I set it up originally but my eyes have gotten bad and I kept putting it off, finally said "I should just hire this done". Abdul responded promptly and coherently, worked with me to figure out a good time, showed up promptly, and we had fun reconnecting stuff (including finding out that the DVD player had died, which obviously wasn't his fault!).

Hands down, one of the most professional companyâ s I have worked with. I had the pleasure of having one of the owners at my house. He was extremely professional and treated me like a friend. I never felt any sales pressure. In fact, Mr. Abdul even took out some of the add-ons as it was not going to enhance the overall experience. I got my dream system and my wife (boss) is extremely happy. Mr. Abdul over communicated and made sure from the first consultation to the last day of install, we got constant communication with progress updates!!! I never got that kind of treatment when I spent twice as much with a large box store. I am extremely happy with Kaam AV Solution. This is the needle in the haystack.
