He spoke good English, showed attention to detail, and did a careful, professional job even when the weather got so hot we found ourselves urging the crew to take more breaks. "We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. We had NV Waterproofing install perimeter wide gutter guards, and a new sump pump system and drainage pipes. As soon as the work was done we got rain, and for the first time in the 4 months since we have lived here I saw the water that otherwise would be in our basement actually in the rear of our backyard by the discharge pipe. We have had a few more rains and even one snow and there is nothing better to look at then when I see the water that is coming out of the discharge pipe that I know otherwise would be pooling in my basement and cynderblocks walls, and how that was the case for many years before we moved in. Also, the team that did the work was extremely professional. We have 3 kids and pets and the team was extremely courteous. We tried to stay out of their way during the week they were doing the work, however there were times when we couldn't and the team was extremely courteous and professional. "Wow! Let me start by saying I had several contractors come by to give me estimates on fixing some major concerns I’ve had in my yard for quite a while. I needed a professional who could complete everything I needed at a reasonable price. Well, Mr Julio Escobar (ET General Contractor Inc) was able to accommodate everything I needed done. He listened to everything I needed and provided excellent suggestions as to the right approach to do the job. This entailed re-sloping my backyard to direct water away from my house foundation and installing a drainage system in my backyard. My backyard was a barren wasteland that needed quite a bit of work. I had barely any grass on one side with many trees that I wanted removed in order to get more sunlight and allow grass to grow. Julio’s crew did an amazing job (cut down trees, removed all branch/log debris and grinded/ground the stumps down to the roots). His crew planted 29 Japanese Cedar trees along my fence line. My appreciation goes out to Julio Escobar for working with the nursery to get me all Japanese Cedars instead of the Leyland Cypress trees. Exactly what I wanted all along. God Bless you! He and his crew trucked in tons of river rock to lay around my pool and along the foundation in the back of the house and then laid, I forget how many, rolls of sod. These guys worked hard and in the worst heat of the summer. Lastly, but definitely not least he and his crew brought in clean topsoil and organic compost, grass seed, and fertilizer to cover my front yard (that also was a wasteland). After that he aerated the area and laid sod on the sides of my driveway so that there would be no run off when it rained. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, and attentive Mr Escobar and his entire crew were throughout the entire job. I would definitely use them again for future projects. God Bless them for their hard work and strong work ethic!"

"We hired Kozan Construction to do some major plumbing construction work moving the plumbing for a washing machine and utility sink and reworking the plumbing for a bathroom sink. They provided a fair bid and so we hired them and were told the project would take a week. Faruk was respectful and hard-working and would accommodate all of our requests to have pipes or the levers moved and straightened. Our main issue was scheduling, as he had a number of other plumbing emergencies that delayed our project and left us without laundry for two weeks. The work was good and done all up to code, so if you have some flexibility with your timeframe, or it s a emergency call then I definitely recommend. If not, just make sure you work out a schedule ahead of time so you know what to expect."
