"I purchased my home in 2002. For the last 6 or 7 years I've noticed the signs of foundation settling. At first I ignored it believing that all houses settle some, but after noticing hairline cracks in the foundation walls, cracks in the dry wall around some doors and windows, I just couldn't ignore it any longer. My project was tentatively scheduled for four days. Due to the need to dig down to the foundation footer, I asked that the project be started and completed in four consecutive days. The scheduler was flexible, easy to work with and kept me informed of potential start dates, After several false starts due to weather, the project was started on Sept 4. The team that started and completed the project was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. "We hired Kozan Construction to do some major plumbing construction work moving the plumbing for a washing machine and utility sink and reworking the plumbing for a bathroom sink. They provided a fair bid and so we hired them and were told the project would take a week. Faruk was respectful and hard-working and would accommodate all of our requests to have pipes or the levers moved and straightened. Our main issue was scheduling, as he had a number of other plumbing emergencies that delayed our project and left us without laundry for two weeks. The work was good and done all up to code, so if you have some flexibility with your timeframe, or it s a emergency call then I definitely recommend. If not, just make sure you work out a schedule ahead of time so you know what to expect."
