"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

Not only was Fox Trail the best estimate, Brendan and Moses very quickly found the source of the problems that the other two companies missed; this gave us immediate confidence in their capabilities. They arrived just before the appointment time for the repair and quickly got to work. They encountered and diagnosed a quirk with the pool equipment being wired from separate meter services (main house and outbuilding) and installed the correct GFCI breaker for the wiring to the pool heater, which our home warranty company failed to resolve. They installed a mounting post and weather-resistant timer and disconnect for the pool pump and organized and buried the previously messy, tangled, above-ground equipment ground wires that are no longer a tripping hazard. Brendan and Moses worked very well together and were very neat - nothing out of place when they left. Top-notch problem-solving, and we will be calling them again for other work.
