These guys did a great job fixing our gutters, I’d recommend them and use them again.

C2 was able to come out quickly and get our gutters repaired. They also installed a storm door that required reinforcement on the existing door to hang. Project was scheduled quickly and completed in one day.

I had three gable vents replaced August 2022. On the garage side I now see metal scratches on my aluminum siding around the vent and around the nails that were hammered into my siding. Also the wrapping I had put in when roof replaced was scratched. Also marks from the ladder. Very disappointing.

We've had two roofs replaced by C2 Operations, one flat membrane at one location and whole new shingle roof at another location. They were prompt starting with the estimate and throughout the jobs, Chris taking care of overseeing one job and Jason the other. Price was very fair. I needed my Roof checked on as we are in the process of selling the home and called on a Tuesday to see when they could come out. They were out there on Thursday and found the roof needed a little work. They estimated the job and were able to come back on Friday to complete the work. Jason and the crew were fast, efficient, and preformed quality work. This is the 2nd time that I have contracted C2 and will if needed do it again. I do recommend them when possible.

I was referred to C2 Operations after trying unsuccessfully for a couple of years to have a water infiltration (into a shared wall of our townhome) issue diagnosed. Simply finding someone willing to do a "smaller" job and not an entire roof or siding replacement was tough enough, but then diagnosing an elusive problem with no clear cause (which was also putting my family at a health risk due to mildew development) made matters even tougher. Zero success until C2 showed up. C2 Operations was willing to come out on relatively short notice. The gentleman came up with the best diagnoses after looking things over very thoroughly, taking pictures of the roof lines and high siding to make the explanation of what was happening more effective for me. The repair option included reusing my existing siding after rebuilding the affected areas - a solution that saved me a lot of money. Most importantly, the issue was FIXED the very first time and at a very, very reasonable cost. I will hire C2 Operations again in a heartbeat for absolutely any exterior home needs. 100% excellent service, start to finish, and I'm always happy to support a local and veteran owned business. Simply put, C2 Operations solved a troublesome problem that no one else could. A+ all the way.

We choose C2 Operations for our roof replacement for several reasons. First, the team at C2 Operations took the time to explain the options available to us and why they were recommending the materials for our roof replacement. Second, the quality of the materials were excellent and definitely a significant improvement from our current roof materials. Third, the price quoted was very fair especially given the quality of materials. The installation crew arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day to install the roof with minimal interruption. A team member even came back the next day to ensure no debris remained on the property. We were impressed with the professionalism and the integrity of the entire crew! We will be recommending C2 Operations to all of our neighbors and friends.

C2 Operations did a really good job on a difficult trim/gutter job on our 150yr old house in downtown Leesburg. 2 story house and not a lot of room to work but both crews did very well. We had two different scheduling backups with rain and weather but I suppose that's typical with any outdoor crew. Overall a good experience.

C2 was very responsive in all aspects of this project, their staff was friendly and helpful and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The work was done quickly and appears to be first rate. I will definitely use them for future projects.

I got 3 estimates from 3 different roofing companies before deciding on C2. The person that came out to do my estimate was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They worked with me on scheduling because of our existing roof leak, and got our new roof scheduled ASAP! They were prompt and punctual, and had my whole roof finished in about 8 hours. They even did an extra magnetic sweep to double check for nails because I have young kids and dogs! I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof!

C2 Operations is the most professional business I have ever dealt with. Adrian's assessment of our issue (roof leak around dormer windows, damaged siding, and gutter covers) was spot on. Emilio and Victor showed up on time, worked hard through the day completing all items, and cleaned up the site. Jason, as production manager ensured a smooth process from start to finish. He followed up the day after and even sent pictures of the progress of work.

I hired C2 to fix two leaking areas of our roof. They started the job within the estimated time frame. But then the foreman called and told me they had the wrong shingles and they wold have order the correct color and come back a week later. This was a small mistake but they didn't try to ignore or cover up, so to me this was actually a positive experience because it showed that they care. Cleanup was thorough. Cost was reasonable and they stuck to their quote. Overall, a pleasant experience.
