I recently had the pleasure of hiring Mike for the installation of ceiling fans and lighting in my home. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Mike was punctual, arriving right on time for the appointment, He was professional, ensuring that all work areas were neat and tidy throughout the installation process. The quality of work was outstanding, with both the fans and lights working perfectly. Mike demonstrated a high level of expertise, efficiently handling the installations and even offering helpful advice on maintenance and energy efficiency. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and the care they took in ensuring everything was installed safely and aesthetically. I needed a new 220v GFI circuit breaker installed along with wiring and an outlet. Michael wrote up the bid and also guided me through the inspection process. OK, actually he did everything, I only had to call and make the appointment for the inspection. Michael's work was impeccable and there was not a scrap of debris left behind. To me, this illustrated the care he takes in his work.

It was extreme pleasure dealing with this company. i was lucky enough to work directly with Mike, who was prompt, detailed and a true professional. I will definitely use him again in the future and recommend to my friends.

Michael Keating is the consummate pro! How lucky we are to have had him work in our house. We have lived in/upgraded 5 other homes in 2 other states and have never been as pleased with electrical/contractor work. For our current project in this 1959 house, Michael provided and installed service upgrade, numerous new outlets and switches, new recessed features, upgraded and newly installed interior and exterior lighting. All perfect! Every single screw is installed so the turning groove is perfectly vertical! Reasonable, offering various project/upgrade vs. price considerations, and cost-conscious; knowledgable to ensure we comply with all local codes; NEAT beyond belief! The first piece of equipment he brings into your home is a commercial vacuum cleaner! Mike was punctual even though it was New Years Eve. He , assessed what was needed, took pictures to back up his evaluation and proceeded to work . He was price was reasonable,and we found him to be courteous, & professional thru out the project.
