"Fox Trail Electric provided us with excellent professional diagnostics and service. Our pool pump disconnect blew when we opened our pool, and we contacted three companies for repair estimates. Not only was Fox Trail the best estimate, Brendan and Moses very quickly found the source of the problems that the other two companies missed; this gave us immediate confidence in their capabilities. They arrived just before the appointment time for the repair and quickly got to work. They encountered and diagnosed a quirk with the pool equipment being wired from separate meter services (main house and outbuilding) and installed the correct GFCI breaker for the wiring to the pool heater, which our home warranty company failed to resolve. They installed a mounting post and weather-resistant timer and disconnect for the pool pump and organized and buried the previously messy, tangled, above-ground equipment ground wires that are no longer a tripping hazard. Brendan and Moses worked very well together and were very neat - nothing out of place when they left. Top-notch problem-solving, and we will be calling them again for other work. I highly recommend Fox Trail Electric."

"Carlo and his assistant were outstanding. Very professional, courteous, polite, well mannered. Carlo explained everything very clearly before we committed to proceeding with the work. I only called for a quote, and he did not try to pressure me to get the work done right there and then. I asked him to do it immediately after he told me what needs to happen. Once I did, he clarified several times to ensure I understood what the quote covers and what it does not cover. He completed the work of installing a light fixture very quickly and ensured every step of the way that I was satisfied with the height, the location, and the function of it. He even explained how this light that I chose would fail in future and what needs to be done if that happens.
