Some of my observations of Wells and Wells include: - Contacted me within 24 hours of referral through Angi.com - Made a special trip to come out on a Sunday to determine work to be done and materials required; provided a written estimate within 48 hours. - Promptly replied to my emails, answering my questions with enough detail to avoid the need for further inquiry; Truly excellent communication! - Scheduled work to begin five days after accepting proposal. - Workers arrived at 8:00a.m. wasting no time getting started and working diligently with nary a break throughout the day; superior work ethics with owner George setting the example working along side his crew. - Performed every task with great precision and attention to detail. - Resolved several unforeseen issues without resorting to shortcuts and half measures. Didn't give up regardless of the work required to solve the problem. Not only did they correct these issues, they actually improved the original design and construction of my deck. - Completed project within an hour of the 1.5 day estimate, literally half the time I anticipated it'd take. In summary, Wells and Wells performed far and above my expectations. George and Patricia Wells take pride in their work and genuinely place customer satisfaction at the top of their list of customer service goals."

"Anthony and his team installed a kitchen exhaust and new chimney hood. The overall work was good but could not give 5 stars due to minor details (slight exposed hole in ceiling, flex duct used instead of solid construction, a leftover loose tile). Important to consider Anthony's price came in lower than others so the install was a bargain. Would recommend if you don't mind little details and want a job done quickly and affordably."

"Juan was available within a few days of calling to meet me at the residence to go over the scope of work needed. This included removing and replacing rotted soffit and fascia board, power washing, prep, and painting of entire exterior of wood siding and replaced woodwork. Was very reasonably priced and started the work within a couple of days. Additional scope of work was added due to unexpected wood rot but Juan was also reasonable with additional costs. We also agreed to add new gutter & downspouts. The quality of work throughout was outstanding. Since I didn't live there, Juan would periodically text me photos of the work as it progressed. Finished the work within a few weeks as discussed and very pleased with the job."

"Travis and Chris were a great team and did an amazing job bringing our guest bath out of the 80's and into a beautiful modern space. Travis worked with my husband and me on our design vision and helped us pick out materials to complete the renovation. From there, we made a deposit and scheduled a date. This was a complete bathroom overhaul that required all new fixtures. When they tore up the carpet (yes, carpet) in the bathroom they found that the floor was half the cement foundation and half wood subfloor, which made for an uneven surface not ideal for laying tile. Travis quickly came up with a solution that allowed us to level out the floor and put down the tile we wanted. This delayed the project slightly, but it was well worth it to have a beautiful finished product. Each evening Travis and Chris cleaned up the space as much as possible and were very respectful in our house. I would definitely hire Graham Restoration for our next project and look forward to working with them again!
