"From the day we met George Wells to get an estimate on replacing our deck floor, we were very comfortable with George's home style approach to our project. He surveyed the entire deck, top to bottom, and assured us that we didn't need the amount of work we had anticipated. Less than 25% of the floor was problematic to be replaced. He went through all the decking and determined which parts should be done and which ones were optional. Of course, we decided to do all of the necessary and optional repairs to include an addition we had been planning for a while but did not fit into our original budget. Since we were going to do less replacing of the deck surface. that freed up funds to do the addition, which came out beautiful and very functional. We have been so impressed by George and his crew in all aspects of our project. From the estimate discussions to their arrival time, to the work ethic the crew showed to the final product, we are so happy with the professionalism displayed by all concerned with our project. "The only regret I have about hiring Travis Graham/Graham Restoration was that I didn't find him sooner!  I needed a variety of jobs done to get our house ready for the market, and Travis was able to take care of ALL of them, quickly and professionally.  He painted the exterior and replaced rotted and dog-chewed wood trim, replaced pickets, replaced damaged siding, replaced boards on our deck, did some gutter repair (actually repaired some guttering that I thought would have to be replaced, thus saving me considerable expense) and did a small plumbing job.  Travis was very responsive to my initial call and follow-up emails.  I needed the work done in a hurry and it was also during that period where it rained for three weeks putting the schedule into turmoil since much of the work was outside.  Travis communicated about what he could/couldn't do because of the weather and looked for openings in the weather to get the jobs done.  For my jobs, he charged an hourly rate plus materials (and I had almost all material on-site) and he does not waste time.  He doesn't hurry but he works quickly and methodically and stages the jobs to get the most done in the least time.  In short, I'm sure I'll have another punchlist once we have a buyer for our house and subsequent home inspection, and I will absolutely call Travis to take care of it."

"Both times excellent! The driveway had a lot of moss growing on it; after the power wash, it looked great just like that! Then he came about a week later to power wash the house and deck, with the same fantastic results! Will definitely hire again! Price reflected below is for both jobs: $100 for the 125 foot driveway, and $275 for the two-story colonial, jobs completed within 10 days."

"Ferguson Home Improvements did a fantastic job.  All the work that needed to get done, was finished beyond my expectations.  The workers were very friendly.  The job took a little longer that expected, but Ferguson Home Improvements were not at fault, the weather played a major factor with the deck stain and door installation.  At the time the work was getting done, we received a lot of rain and storms.  All in all, I would highly recommend Ferguson Home Improvements.

"What began as a deck replacement...turned into a concrete patio install. The existing deck was a complete tear down....after meeting Mr. Tom Harris at the property and discussing the viable options for the site, we determined that a concrete patio would be the best improvement to the home. Tom was a pleasure to work with. I had no prior knowledge regarding concrete work and Tom took the time to answer all my questions and more that I hadn't thought of. He handled the tear down and removal of the old deck debris in a timely manner and supervised the site prep and install of the concrete patio, keeping me informed throughout the process. The job was done smoothly and professionally and I would not hesitate to call Tom for future work. I would also highly recommend him to others."
