"Complete bathroom remodel. Started job on time. Competitive pricing for scope of work. Demolition of bathroom, removing bathtub, vanity, wall cabinets, lighting, commode, wall and floor tile. Installed new floor and wall tiles, vanity, lighting and mirror, moved plumbing and electrical as needed, installed new plug outlet, installed new light and fan switches, installed new commode, built walk in tiled shower (no tub) with grab bars, relocated and installed new fixtures, painted complete bathroom and door. Cleaned up everyday before leaving. Hauled off old debris in a dumpster. Start to finish 2 weeks. Very polite. Very professional. Easy to work with. Will provide many ideas for the job at hand. "The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."
