"Provider supplied all parts and labor and had everything with them. First things first, I felt they were extremely quick and everything was done perfectly! I am so pleased.
My garage only had 2 lights so they installed 2 additional lights where I suggested.
Also, the garage did not have any outlets on one side toward the garage entrance so they installed a brand new outlet on its own circuit. In addition, they installed another outlet on the complete opposite side of the garage in a really hard to get to spot for my chest freezer. This outlet was also on its own circuit as suggested by the contractor. They also labeled the new circuits in the circuit box.
In the kitchen, my current over the range microwave was hardwired when I purchased the house. I could see the wires taped together in the cabinet above. I am replacing the microwave and need an outlet to plugin to. The contractor installed a new outlet using the existing wiring. And.. they didn't want me to be without a microwave so they scoured their truck for a plug and found one! They installed the plug on the existing outlet and it works perfectly. They even re-set the microwave clock.
I felt the price was a little high but it's not like I could've done the work myself. This 2 person team got the job done insanely quickly and did phenomenal work so I am very pleased overall."

They installed a heat pump with a Nest thermostat. In addition to the heat pump the house had an existing radiator heating system. However, the hot water heater, boiler, and water line were damaged or clogged due to the fire. T & J replaced everything and were extremely polite and explained everything as well as how to do simple repairs. "Garage door spring failed on 02/10/2015.  Called Andrews the same day and they came out the next morning as scheduled.  Replaced the springs and performed the maintenance on the second door.  I was considering replacing the spring on the second door but they said it was not necessary.  The repairman noted that the top panel of the door was cracked.  The crack started several years ago but when the spring broke, it became worse.  We agreed to have the panel replaced and they would have to go to Baltimore to get the replacement panel.   The cost of the panel was $600.00 which included materials and labor to install.  They said they would install it the next day which surprised me because they said they had to go to Baltimore to get the part and it was a Friday.  Well to our surprise, they came around 9PM and installed the panel and finished about 1030pm.  Everything is working fine.

"Contacted Jimi at Mailbox Express (of Northern Virginia) and he took the time to explain different mailbox post models, colors, and numbering options. Coordinated a timely date for installation and the day of Jimi texted me his enroute status and arrived on time. He painted post (selected brown) on site. Mailbox itself was extra large and of quality, high grade material and construction. Concrete at base was used to ensure long-term fixture and metal address numbers were painted (recommended silver on dark colored post) and nailed to flag side of post; also, adhesive / sticker style address numbers were placed on front of mailbox. Entire job took less than an hour. Overall, Jimi was extremely nice and his workmanship and attention to detail (e.g., paint, number symmetry, and post leveling, etc.) was truly outstanding!
