These guys are a scam. No prices and I told them to have the repair person call me before arriving. No call, no prices. And, then the repair person has the stones to tell me that everyone overcharges!! Let’s start with not using Beacon!!!"

I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up. Tyler worked with me to ensure I had the right system that 'fit' in the area left after removing the old system. Workers were completely professional and knowledgeable during installation and dare I say - courteous. Installation was supposed to be same-day, but one part was unavailable at the time. Tyler and his staff hunted across the local area for the part and even sent an employee out to buy a space heater to spare me from the below-20 degree night. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day.
