My garage only had 2 lights so they installed 2 additional lights where I suggested.
Also, the garage did not have any outlets on one side toward the garage entrance so they installed a brand new outlet on its own circuit. In addition, they installed another outlet on the complete opposite side of the garage in a really hard to get to spot for my chest freezer. This outlet was also on its own circuit as suggested by the contractor. They also labeled the new circuits in the circuit box.
In the kitchen, my current over the range microwave was hardwired when I purchased the house. I could see the wires taped together in the cabinet above. I am replacing the microwave and need an outlet to plugin to. The contractor installed a new outlet using the existing wiring. And.. they didn't want me to be without a microwave so they scoured their truck for a plug and found one! They installed the plug on the existing outlet and it works perfectly. They even re-set the microwave clock.
I felt the price was a little high but it's not like I could've done the work myself. This 2 person team got the job done insanely quickly and did phenomenal work so I am very pleased overall."

"Unbelievably amazing! Wes arrived on time and walked all around the house with me to assess my roof, which is high, steeply pitched, and very angular. It is also deep in the woods with lots of trees, and consequently, lots of leaves, especially in piles stuck behind the splash guards. I asked I Wes if he could remove the splash guards so all those leaves wouldn't pile up anymore. He did, and he didn't even charge extra for that, even though it took quite a bit of time and effort. Wes then proceeded to manually clear out all the gutters while I watched from below. And then he took a kind of leaf blower and blew the gutters clean, especially down into the downspouts. The stuff that blew out of those downspouts was an amazing array of clumpy particulate matter, leaf particles, seeds and moss-- and probably some chipmunk nests too! I was astonished. I was also extremely happy I had this done. Wes was so pleasant, professional, thorough, and clean. He left no mess behind and left my property cleaner than before he arrived, because he blew away some of the leaves that were still on my lawn! I will definitely use him next year. I will also have him clean my roof and pressure wash my deck and siding in the spring. Wes and his Blessed Brothers company were a great find, and now I'm the one who is blessed to have found such reliable help. Thank you!!"

"Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. My plan was to be added to their list of work for the following week. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday. "Oscar was a very responsive and provided a thorough survey of the existing chimney.  He produced a quote while onsite.  The quote came in lower than another company previously provided, so I decided to go with Metropolitan.  Oscar was able to accept a 20% deposit via credit card on the spot.  He scheduled our work for the next week.  Two days prior, he called to confirm the installation date and arrival time.  The crew showed up on time and worked the entire day without issue.  Unfortunately it rained for the next few days, so no work was able to be done. The crew did show up again at 4P the day after it stopped raining, and then at 4P the next day to work some more.  Each day they were only able to complete a few things before shutting down.  I imagine this was a result of trying to fit in existing jobs that had to be fit in due to all the rain, but it would have been nice to receive a revised schedule.  The next day was a full work day and the work was complete.  The guys did a nice job cleaning up.  Oscar came by the next morning to show me close up pictures of the work and to collect the final money owed. Overall, I enjoyed working with Oscar.  He seems like a very honest man and I would trust his team to perform future work at our residence.
