"T&J Service installed a beautiful new Trane system at my home in Fairfax on May 14, 2024. They were recommended to me by my neighbor who has been using them for many years. Without a doubt, Diep and Tran are the most highly-skilled HVAC professionals that I have encountered in over 40 years. This was a very large, complex system to install and they got it done in one day. These are some of the hardest working, most dedicated guys that I've ever seen! I absolutely love my new Trane system. They even custom made a beautiful plenum for my air handler --handcrafted out of stainless steel (Diep is also a skilled metal craftsman). 5 STARS"

"Our AC broke at night. I called and tried to get 3 other companies out. No one could give me even a window of time and they were very expensive for just a diagnostic. In steps RRR….I texted with Evans late the night it broke and asked him to call my father in law the next am to work out the details to fix it. He did and had a repair guy at our house by 8 am the next morning. The diagnostic charge was half of what others were charging and our total payment was less than the service call charge for any of the other 3 companies.
