Josh called back within 3 minutes of my Sunday evening inquiry and gave us a Monday morning 8 am tv install appointment. The wall construction is a mystery in this building and he was able to secure 2 of 3 mount points for the tv. I added to scope with outside installation and he got 2 of 3 of those points in solid. My only fault is that he told me all three were solid. Otherwise, a 4 1/2 star experience.

Josh did a great job removing our old flat screen and installing our new one! He removed tons of old cords and old Comcast equipment that we had been paying for for over a year and not using!
