Most repairs are done on site after diagnostics. Our diagnostics fee is reasonable and non-refundable, but will be deducted from the repair price (if the customer decide to repair the product with us). We also accept Mastercard, Visa, and Debit Cards. The diagnostic fee is due on arrival of the technician. If parts are needed the customer will pay for the part and reschedule a time and date after the part arrive to have it installed. Our labor rate is unbeatable and very competitive.
